Welcome to the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), the USDA agency that works to maintain a current listing of farmers markets throughout the United States.

The USDA’s Directory allows consumers to find the local, fresh fruits and vegetables, and other products available in communities around the country, as well as markets that participate in federal food assistance programs like Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP); Women, Infants and Children, Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (WIC-FMNP); Women, Infants and Children, Cash Value Vouchers (WIC-CVV); and Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP).

The USDA’s AMS agency continues to improve the National Farmers Market Directory to make the updating process quicker and enjoyable.

To help consumers locate and enjoy markets selling farm products, your participation is necessary to make this list accurate. Please choose the form of the market that you represent to access the appropriate USDA’s Directory.

If you have any questions concerning the process for updating the Directory, please contact the Farmers Market Directory Management team at directoryupdates@ams.usda.gov. An email response will be sent within 2 business days of receiving the inquiry.
